- Admit Card is provisionally issued subject to eligibility.
- Download Admit Card: https://neet.nta.nic.in
- Appear at the assigned centre, date & time only.
- No entry allowed at a different centre/date/time.
- Problem Downloading? Call: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

⚠️ In Case of Discrepancy
- If there's an error in photo/signature, contact the Help Line (10 AM – 5 PM).
- Appear with the downloaded Admit Card.
- NTA will correct records after the exam.

- No postal delivery: Admit Card will NOT be sent by post.
- No duplicate Admit Card will be issued at the exam centre.
- Do not mutilate or alter the Admit Card.
